Wellness Packages

The Details:

  • Wellness Packages are billed on a monthly basis.

  • Shortly after your initial Wellness Package purchase, you will receive a Client Information and Agreement Form via email to read, complete, sign, and submit. By completing your purchase today, you are agreeing to read, complete, sign, and submit this document to April prior to your first session.

  • When your initial purchase is complete, April will contact you to set a regular meeting schedule for your Wellness Coaching and Corrective Exercise sessions.

  • The number of monthly Wellness Coaching sessions varies by package, however, each Wellness Package includes eight Corrective Exercise sessions per month. Corrective Exercise sessions will meet twice per week.

  • When possible, your initial Corrective Exercise session will take place in person at your home. After that initial in-person session, all Corrective Exercise sessions will take place via Zoom.

  • Please pay particular attention to the Billing and Cancellation Policy in the Client Information and Agreement Form as it outlines how to request to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring additional fees.
